Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping and Delivery 
Products are shipped from our warehouse by reputed courier agencies. Orders will be delivered within 3-7 working days, depending on the destination. However, delivery to difficult coverage zones may take 10-12 days. 

Process of Shipping 
Once an order is placed, the pick-up is scheduled within 24 hours to 1-2 days. If an order is placed on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed on the next working day. 
After shipping, customers will receive a tracking link via SMS or email on the contact details provided during order placement. The product typically takes 5-7 days to reach the customer’s address, depending on the location. Rural and tribal areas may experience longer delivery times. For assistance with delayed deliveries, please contact KWIK customer support via mail or phone. 

Shipment Speed and Delivery Charges 

  • KWIK ships pan India. 
  • Minimum order value should be above Rs. 100. 
  • A shipping fee of Rs. 49/- will be charged for orders below Rs. 249/-.
  • A fee of Rs. 50/- will be charged for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. 
  • Orders placed between Saturdays after 4:00 PM & Sundays will be processed on the following Monday or next working day. 
  • Estimated delivery times may vary based on the state and city, with calculations based on working days (excluding Sundays and holidays). 

Cancellation Policy 
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. 

Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy 
At KWIK, we strive to provide the best shopping experience. However, we are not responsible for returning used products, products with tampered or missing serial numbers, labels, or price tags. Return or exchange requests must be made within the specified period. 

KWIK is not liable for damage caused after product delivery.
