  8. Replacement Policy
    We do not offer returns. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, you may request a replacement. To be eligible for a replacement, you must notify us within 2 days of receiving the product. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to inspect the product before issuing a replacement.
  9. Limitation of Liability
    Kwik Pain Relief, owned by Ozone Pharmaceuticals, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or the purchase of products from the Site.
